The most important problems facing society is poverty… this is linked to so many things such as drugs, violent crimes, bad education, pregnancy, etc
there is a war on drugs when in reality it does nothing when one drug dealer is arrested someone else is there to take his place…
this is linked to poverty… those who dont have a lot may sale drugs … get arrested not able to get a job deal drugs again.. the schools in inner cities ****..for real… I m a social worker i worked with kids who graduated high school, but were illiterate ..
the gov spends sooo much money on war and trying to stop drugs when … there is no need for war and there is never goin to be an end to drugs… more money needs to be spent on education and helping people… rather than harming them

If the good of society motivated politicians one tenth as much as their desire for status and money, many of the problems posted here would already be resolved.
