We’d take better care of our environment. People would reject the confining nature of religion and learn to pour all of the love they have for God unto mankind, into helping out other people. We’d have enough food to go around for everyone, and each child would have an equal chance at success in life. We’d learn how to utilize more renewable resources.
No animals would be slaughtered. People would have respect for all life, and still be able to have all of the essential vitamins. We’d focus on using more natural cures for things, rather than relying on addictive painkillers.

It would have to get better. So much of our troubles are rooted in people’s stupidity. Along with intelligence, some moral and ethical growth would come in handy. Peace.

No different than now. There’d just be more intellectualistic answers from all viewpoints.
We’d have even more malicious lawyer/politician/liars; and smarter smart-bombs as well.
Hopefully we’d have designed the computers to save us from ourselves.

Great question. And after a long, long thought the only answer to come up was nothing would change. Human nature is human nature.
