FYI They didn’t empty the bus sewage it was the driver who did it because he was being lazy, and HE WAS FIRED. So there.
The have a foundation called “So Much Too Save” which other great bands have teamed up with like Umphreys McGee. Let’s see…Boyd Tinsley was really big into Save The Music…which I think the whole band was but mostly him.
Dave Matthews himself takes trips back to his native country…south africa. He pours a lot of love to people all over africa.
They sometimes play Farm Aid, which is a music festival to raise money for farmers etc, you can look that up.
Uhhhh what else hmm pondering, OH OH OH They counteract ANY AND ALL pollution they create while touring. So basically they HAVE to use tour buses but they will also fully fund a windmill farm…or something to that effect. Reversing their carbon footprint.
And for right now that’s about all I can think of off the top of my head….maybe they help with sick children? idk Dave’s wife is a doctor so I wouldn’t doubt it.
