Why is there some examples among society where people conciously allow themselves to be abused in order to?
gain the respect of their peers?
Also, allowing someone to abuse you is still abuse if the person doing the abusing thinks so.
Why is it that people in society not only allow this sort of thing to continue, but openly participate in it?
