Has the Government welfare programs brought about the decline of American society?
Who needs a father in the picture when you have the Government to take care of you? Without male role models, these little boys turn to gangs. Women need to stop laying down with men that are no good, and maybe society can change for the better.
And just how do you know “Mellowtones” what i have been faced with? I have been on welfare 17 yrs ago, for 1 yr, and then i got on my feet and got off of it. I did not choose it as a lifestyle.
