I just don’t know if they are really accurate. What do you think? What activities do Mensans and Mega society members do?

To get to Mensa, one must score on 98th%-ile on standardized test. Or an IQ of 130 or higher.

For Mega IQ society, one must score on a 1 in every 1,000,000 general population ability to get in. This the probably the most rigid standard to get in.

What are some controversial issues in society today that would be good topics for a 5 page paper?

I have to write a 5 page english paper, and it needs to be on a controversial topic of modern society. However, it must be something other than abortion, God, stem cell research, etc.. something narrow enough to deeply discuss in 5 pages. Any ideas to help get me brainstorming?

What is your opinion on controlling society so much that there is no freedom, there is no violence, no choosing your career ect. what if our lives were controlled by something greater than the government and we had no freedom. Life would be more regulated, safter and more controlled. Do you think this would be a good choice for us? or should people be allowed to make their own decisions/ create violence and agression?

isnt there a way to balance, having a society, that doesnt condone insults and racial slurs and other derogatory words, but also, isnt PC, to the point that anything and everything becomes insults and that common sense is thrown out the windows?

why is it that almost everything in life, leans to the extremes of either ends?

Anyone else fed up by how badly men are portrayed in society?

Despite all the feminists out there protesting for equal rights for women, I would say that women have the upper hand in our society. For some reason, men are viewed throughout society as being stupid, lazy, sex-driven slobs; while women are seen as being clever and virtuous and generally wonderful.

Is anyone else (asking mainly guys here) a bit annoyed by these stereotypes?
