When I first started playing pet society, the “mayor” sent me a note saying that I could use coins from restaurant city on pet society and coins from pet society on restaurant city because they’re both Playfish games. The only problem is that I don’t know how to do that. Does anyone know how? Step by step answers please. Thanx

I have a bit of an addiction that some of you might share with it – it’s called Pet Society and it’s the largest pet simulator on Facebook – including a ton of cool little things you can do with a virtual pet who is more or less smarter than half the people on the site. It’s a fun little game with lots of diversions and mini-games to play and a route to the top that will take you through leveling charts, bigger houses and all sorts of upgrades that are fun to layout in your home. It’s basically a life simulator, but a lot cuter than our real life.

If you’ve played the game you’ve probably also heard of the various strategy guides that are out there for it, such as Pet Society Secrets. This is the biggest one and to my knowledge, the most complete one currently out there – providing a lot of different options to level up your character and load up on coins so that you can get all that fun stuff you’re looking for.

I snagged it the other day, and started reading through it and I have to say, if you haven’t read any other guides, this is the one you should check out. I have seen a few of them before this and personally, never felt like I got anything out of them. But, as soon as I read Pet Society Secrets, I knew I was not only going to keep it, but continue to use it for the forseeable future, finding ways to integrate these strategies into my game play.

Surprised? I was too when I first realized that I couldn’t seem to stop playing this game. I had fallen head first into a trap that I constantly made fun of my friends for getting stuck in. That was me, and while I wouldn’t normally go this route, I decided it was worth checking out a guide for the game if it would make my addiction fun again. It’s written by a guy who has done a lot of other guides for games like Mafia Wars and FarmVille – past obsessions of mine that were equally frustrating, though slightly less addicting (for me at least).

Fast forward two weeks and I was having WAY more fun that I had been. Seriously, I can’t honestly believe that I was able to change my outlook on this game so thoroughly in just a few quick days. Not only was I having more fun, I was playing infinitely better than I had in the past. It’s been one of the truly fun aspects of the game for me, even since I started playing it. Granted, everyone is going to have more fun when they start kicking **** at something, but I was totally shocked by it.

Okay, I may have written a slightly misleading title here because I honestly have no idea what it takes to excel in Pet Society. Don’t get me wrong, I play this game a LOT. I love it and have gathered about 35 of my trophies and a good collection go stickers in the process. Do You Really Need Playfish Cash in Pet Society?

The answer is tricky here. It depends on your goal. If you’re trying to reach Level 47 quickly, then no – you don’t need Playfish Cash. However, if you are interested in getting the coolest house with the most stuff to play with, then you very well may need to go with a good chunk of Playfish cash to buy the rarer and more interesting items that are available. For the most part, the choice is up to you, but if you don’t have the cash to spend, don’t spend it. You can at least get to Level 47 first and then worry about if you want the upgrades that Playfish cash can buy you.

The question about Playfish Cash in Pet Society that most people ask is how it will actually help them. In some games it speeds things up significantly. In Pet Society, it just provides a much more complete set of options to deck out your home. If that is something you are interested in, then you should start working on getting some cash together to buy Playfish Cash. If your only goals are to reach Level 47 and hang out with some friends though, you should focus more intently on those things because Playfish Cash won’t have much more of an impact.

The Benefits of Recycling in Pet Society

There are three different sizes of Eco Boxes in the game ranging up to 10,000 Eco Points (or 5,000 coins worth of items recycled). These boxes will contain various eco-friendly items such as totem poles that you can add to your garden or your home as decorations. You can also trade your eco boxes or resell the items that come in them, often times for a nice profit.

The real value here though is that if you have junk items but want other items instead of coins, you can recycle and get better items as a result. Don’t expect a huge profit every time out, but if you play it right, you’ll benefit each time out.

When a game like Pet Society offers you a chance to make a nice profit by recycling in the game, while also tossing in a curveball lesson for anyone that may not separate their trash from glass at home, you should take advantage of it.
